Demo of existing building and hardscape
Excavation and grading to follow for preparation of the building foundation
Underground utilities
Forming and subsequent pouring of concrete foundation and podium
Five stories of vertical framing including exterior and interior building finishes
Site improvements including landscape, sidewalks, etc.
Daily construction activities: use of hand tools (hammer, drills, etc.), hauling and hoisting of material, construction equipment such as backhoes, reach lifts, compressors, etc.
